Types of Copper Fabrication

Copper is well known for its ductility, which means it can be easily formed into a variety of shapes. As a result, copper fabrication is a popular choice for creating a wide range of products, from copper pipes and tubing to copper sheet metal components. We use three basic techniques to fabricate copper:

Copper sheet metal rolling: This technique is used to create long thin strips of copper. The copper sheet metal is passed through rollers, which gradually reduces its thickness and can alter the grain structure of the sheet.
Copper sheet metal bending: This technique is used to create curved or angled copper parts. In this process, the copper sheet metal is placed on a die and then bent into shape.
Copper sheet metal Welding: Using our special technique from years of development within the welding industry.
